Refund / Cancellation Policy

NZAPEP Conference 2010

• Bookings that are cancelled prior to 31 May 2010 will attract an administration charge of NZ$25.
• Bookings that are cancelled prior to 27 August 2010 will attract an administration charge of $50.
• Bookings that are cancelled after 27 August 2010 no refund shall be payable. Delegate substitution is allowed.
• Refunds will be made by direct credit to a nominated bank account within seven (7) days.

NZAPEP Roadshow

• Bookings are final.
• No refunds are available.
• Where the nominated person is unable to attend then a substitution will be allowed.
